Athlete Physicals

This is open to any student currently in grades 6 through 11 who is planning to play a sport at LLSD during the 2019-20 school year. The timeframe for High School physicals is 1:00pm- 2:30pm and the time for Middle School physicals is from 2:30pm-4:30pm. Physicals are $25.00.
