Athlete Physicals

This is open to any student currently in grades 6 through 11 who is planning to play a sport at LLSD during the 2017-18 school year. The timeframe for Middle School physicals is from 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. and the timeframe for High School  physicals is from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Physicals are $25.00.
