Athlete Physicals

This is open to any student currently in grades 6 through 11 who is planning to play a sport at LLSD during the 2016-17 school year. The timeframe for Middle School physicals is from 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. and the timeframe for High School  physicals is from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Physicals are $25.00.
